Model Context Protocol for Hotels
Give Claude, ChatGPT, and other AI assistants direct access to Oracle Hospitality OHIP. Manage reservations, guests, housekeeping, and more through natural language.
The Challenge
Oracle OHIP has hundreds of API endpoints. Your team shouldn't need to learn them all.
Features
A complete MCP server for Oracle Hospitality, built for multi-property operations
14 Tier-1 operation tools, 8 multi-step workflow tools, and 48 auto-generated Tier-2 tools covering 1,500+ API operations across reservations, guest profiles, housekeeping, cashiering, events, rates, distribution, and more. Built-in API reference helps AI get payloads right on the first try.
Manage multiple hotels from one account. Each team gets isolated credentials, hotels, and usage tracking.
Industry-standard authentication with PKCE. Credentials encrypted at rest. Tokens scoped per team.
Live queries against OHIP APIs. No stale caches or batch syncs. AI gets current hotel data instantly.
Multi-step workflows like guest lookup, room assignment, and check-in handled as single AI commands.
How It Works
Get your AI assistant connected to OHIP in minutes, not months
Enter your Oracle Hospitality OHIP API credentials. We encrypt them at rest and test the connection automatically.
We automatically discover all properties linked to your OHIP environment. Select which hotels to enable for AI access.
Point Claude, ChatGPT, or any MCP-compatible AI at your endpoint. Start asking questions in plain English.
Secure by design: All OHIP credentials are AES-256 encrypted at rest. OAuth 2.1 with PKCE for AI connections. Per-team isolation with rate limiting.

FAQ
MCP is an open standard created by Anthropic that lets AI assistants connect to external data sources and tools. It's how Claude, ChatGPT, and other AI systems can securely access your hotel data in real-time, without custom integrations.
No. Hotel MCP connects to your existing Oracle Hospitality OHIP APIs using your standard API credentials. No changes to your OHIP configuration are needed. We use read and write APIs exactly as Oracle designed them.
Yes. OHIP credentials are AES-256 encrypted at rest. AI connections use OAuth 2.1 with PKCE. Each team has isolated access. All communication is over HTTPS. We never store guest data - queries go directly to OHIP and responses go directly to the AI.
Any AI assistant that supports the Model Context Protocol (MCP). This includes Claude (Anthropic), ChatGPT (with MCP plugins), Cursor, Windsurf, and any custom AI application built with MCP client libraries.
Yes. OAuth 2.1 scopes let you control exactly which modules and actions each AI client can access. For example, you can grant read-only access to reservations but block create or modify. Scopes are managed per team member and per OAuth client in the dashboard.
